What to Sew from A Secondhand Striped Cotton Duvet Cover

 

 My friend gave me her cotton striped duvet cover and pillow shams that were a bit ripped up by her dog. I am going to make myself a little something with them but I'm not sure what. 

Maybe because I know it's bedding I think I should make pajamas. I have been wanting to make the Pipit Lounge Wear Set for a while and I just bought the pattern, printed it and taped it together. I'm excited to get started on this! 

I may also make another Antoinette Blouse using the striped cotton because I think that could be cute too. The best part about sewing with a duvet cover is there is SO MUCH fabric! It's also already very comfortable and worn in already. The downside is I always wonder if it looks like I'm wearing a sheet (in a bad way), but I think it's not too noticeable.
