This past week I was really dabbling in a number of projects and really feeling like I'm in my zone! Here's what I have been working on: I overdyed my indigo check out balaclava with marigold to make it green. I knit this balaclava as a gift for my friend Mollie who has been wanting one for ages and I surprised her for her birthday. I used recycled thrift store sweater wool from ages ago that I had dyed indigo. When it was all knit up, I didn't love the shade of blue, so last week I put it in a marigold dye bath at my studio and it became a lovely variegated green color. Much better! She loved it :)
